I like to watch a documentary probably one a week. The board has always been good about making good suggestions. Some of the ones I've seen, and enjoyed are:

The Red Pill
Jesus Camp
Zero Days
Making of a Murderer
Almost all of the Morgan Spurlock docs
Soaked in Bleach

That's just a few. Open to suggestions.

All categories welcome, but I think I've seen enough on organic foods and immunization risks. That's not making a judgement about the topics. I've just seen plenty of docs about those topics.

Thanks!

Winter on Fire
Liberating a Continent
Five Came Back
El fin de ETA (subtitles) - you might also want to do a bit of research before watching this one. They don't provide much context.

ETA: will add more as I think of them

An Honest Liar is a good one about The Amazing Randi, a magician who exposed con artists.

The Green Prince was decent, I found it gave a different perspective on the Israeli Palestinian conflict. About the son of a Humas founder who turned spy for the Israelis.

Darkon and Monster Camp - both pretty funny about LARPing

The King of Kong - about the world record of Donkey Kong

A League of Ordinary Gentlemen - pro bowling doc

Confessions of a Superhero - about a handful of the guys that dress as superheros on Hollywood Blvd

Mommy Dead and Dearest - true crime doc on HBO right now about DeeDee and Gypsy Rose Blancharde

Jodorowsky's Dune - doc about Alejandro Jodorowsky's attempt to adapt Dune to film and the impact it had on scifi films

It's 8 hours long, but the 30 for 30 on OJ called "OJ: Made in America" is pretty incredible.

A shorter one just recently released is on Roger Stone, which is called "Get Me Roger Stone". It's on Netflix.

On YouTube - American Experience.

The poisoner's handbook

Turn of the century coroner in NYC revolutionizes forensics.
Was amazing for so many reasons.

Amount of poisons/poisonings back in the day.
Amount of corruption/politics.
The science-method of crime investigations.
Leaded Gasoline
and more......

Drunk Stoned Brilliant Dead: The Story of National Lampoon is great. I had no idea what a mad genuis Stork (Doug Kenney) from Animal House was. Lots of great interviews.

Sunshine Superman: Doc about Carl Boenish and his wife Jean. They were the founders of base jumping and not at all like you'd expect them to be.

Three Days in September about the Beslan School Massacre is very good but will ruin your day, week or month.

The Racing Life of Paul Newman was enjoyable as was the 24 Hour war. Both are available on Amazon Prime I believe.

No Dear Zachary yet? This board is slipping.

Dear Zachary.

Also 180 Degrees South. After watching it you'll want to pick up and leave immediately.

Senna. I don't even like F1 racing and this was a fantastic doc.

Man on Wire

Senna

Forever: about the famous Pere-Lachaise cemetery in Paris, where many famous authors, musicians, etc. (Wilde, Chopin, Proust, Morrison)are buried. Widows of dead guys come weekly and scrub their gravestones. People come from around the world to visit certain graves, and much of the movie is talking to those people.

Gets mixed reviews. Some hate it, but others enjoy. You'll know within 15 minutes which you are

It is probably more interesting if you have visited, and it is worth a visit if in Paris.
