Spoiler Theory for A4

At this point in the MCU everything Marvel does is precisely calculated.
So why did we just get a glossed over , 2-3 sentence dialogue of how Thanos destroyed Xandar? They spent an appreciable amount of time in GOTG establishing Xandar as part of the MCU. Why did we not even get a flash of the battle.
THEORY: We all know A4 will deal with time travel.... thus, I’m wondering if our heroes end up going back in time and the eventual big showdown with Thanos is when we comes to Xandar for the first stone. They will need a big stage for this battle and Xandar fits the bill. They didn’t show us Thanos destruction of Xandar in AIW because they want this scene to be fresh and new.
Just a theory

Ant man and the quantum realm is how they are going to time travel. If they could steal the travel stone maybe Wong would know how to use it.

I'm asking because I honestly don't know, how much of a threat is a stone less Thanos to the Avengers? I mean Thor alone did damage to Thanos after he had gotten all the stones.

Not a bad theory.
But needs more....

I actually really like that idea. It gives them something to do alongside fighting Thanos, saving some Xandarians.
It would also help for it to not be on Titan again.

I get the feeling we might see Nova Prime soon enough.
Remember, Xandar and the Cree recently signed a treaty to end their war, just a couple years ago.
Captain Marvel was involved with the Cree, right? And that's set in the 90's? You'd think a wondrously powerful hero affiliated with one party involved in an ongoing war, you might see that person engaged vs the other side.
Or, alternatively, initially engaged, and then involved in the peacemaking process. Which might explain why she's not back on Earth...

The Xandar fight would be awesome, because they've discussed NOVA as next on deck.

Wrong war. Danvers is Kree-Skrull, not Kree-Nova
