I did not see this series when it was on TV and since so many of you talked good about it, I am watching it now that I have Hulu. Though I am not a huge SIFI guy but it has been solid so far. I am somewhere around episode 10 or 11

I do however have one issue with the writers of the show . Around episode 5 or 6, they brought a young Christina Hendricks in the show. Then they teased us with a possible romantic encounter with her and Morena Baccarin. Then, it didnt happen.

Not cool.

Post your e-mail and I'll send you my fanfic, complete with artist's renderings and my choice of musical accompaniment.

It's still well worth a watch, even if it's just a few episodes. Sadly, it's been too long and I don't think a reboot or revival would go over too well.

I have enjoyed it so far. Its not spectacular or anything to me but like I said, I am not a huge SIFI guy. Certainly worth the watch so far

I was under the impression that the movie was made to wrap it up

The movie shite on it more than wrap it up. Though I'd love a new season, it should be left alone now. Movie fricked everything up and now that Joss Whedon is full blown SJW (more than he was then), the show would be crap in today's market.

He really didn’t have a choice in the matter. Once his ex-wife outed him as a womanizing “predator” who was sleeping with his employees, he had to go full SJW to stay in the business.

Out of Gas is one of my GOAT episodes of television.

Awesome show, and fantastic episode.

I agree. I love the tv show but was very disappointed with the movie.

What's funny is I'm watching the latest episode of The Rookie starring Nathan Fillion right now and Alan Tudyk just appeared. Awesome

They show that in detail in the second season.

This. Whedon used to be a pretty hardcore libertarian, which should be no surprise to anyone who's watched Firefly.

Then he went insane.

I think you must've missed the whole Buffy thing.

I don't know what you're talking about. The movie's solid and a decent conclusion to the series. There was little chance a second season was going to happen, so they went all out.

If I have any issue with it, it's that they had to semi-reset some character arcs for the movie to give newcomers something to latch on to. I'll cut them some slack, though, since they were trying to make a movie that'd appeal to audiences both familiar and unfamiliar with the TV show.

Well I finished it and watched the movie. I guess I am just not into the SIFI enough to know why people thought the movie was so bad. It seemed very similar to the series to me.

Cool series and I dont know what was behind the cancellation but I do remember people being upset that it was not continued. Kinda lIke BOSS for me. I thought that was 2 fo the best seasons of any tv show. But it got canned as well.

Certainly worth the time
