So I’m completely overwhelmed by ‘Gotham’

I’m at season 3, binge-watching on Netflix; I think it has potential to be the DEFINITIVE Batman origins story. Just loving it.
But I’ve come to Season 3.
And a gay theme seems to be developing between Penguin and Enygma. I am not a homophone.
But should i continue watching and shatter all my perceptions of these beloved villains?
Or will I be ‘ok’?

Gotham's take on any of the Bat mytho's shouldn't shatter anything for anyone.
Gotham is an awesome show but it appears that it may be too much for a homophone like you to handle.

What episode is that? I think the last episode I watched was the episode prior to that and I want to get back into the show.

I won't ruin it for you by talking about anything this season, but the show is just stupid to me. I watch it cause there is really nothing else on at that time, but I've found the characters to have gotten really goofy dumb especially this season. It just seems like a new modern version of the campiness that was Batman & Robin tv show of the god awful '60's. Lol

I stopped watching mid way through season 3. Had potentiomal but it's all over the place. This show really would benefit from 14 episode seasons.

Gotham is awesome. I had some trouble with it at first, then I remember thinking that this is based off a comic book. It’s perfect in that sense. People die and come back, crazy plots, eccentric behavior, etc. It’s perfect for what it is and I enjoy it on that level. It’s a live action comic book.
