I'm going to miss both of them, but I'm heartbroken over Vanessa Bayer.

I don't really care for either of them. Really the only true talent left is Kate McKinnon. They need to find a right voice like Norm on the show. Kate is more a great actress than actually funny, but they need a terrible actor who is actually funny on the staff (like Norm).
SNL used to thrive on bad actors. Save for Norm, here are some good ones:
David Spade
Eddie Murphy
Chris Farley
John Belushi
Jon Lovitz
Jimmy Fallon
Will Ferrell
All awful actors, but they bathed in it and were show stoppers. Get people like that in. Yes, you need people like Kate McKinnon and Phil Hartman to carry a sketch, but give us a ridiculous performer who isn't Leslie Jones. Really it's awful what they're presenting.

Bobby Moynihan is funny. Vanessa Bayer's incoherent weather lady a couple weeks ago was hilarious.

Anyway, will rank the season after the episode from 1-21. Currently I have Louis CK as the best episode so far but Rocky might change that.

Weekend update is light years better now than when Dennis Miller, Kevin Nealon, Colin, and Norm were doing it. Micheal Che is probably the stronger of the two anchors right now.
