Rooftop scene
Has always been my favorite. And I mean the entire scene from start to barbecued dog hair.
Aside from that, I love the scene where Ron Jeremy is an extra. Just because it's funny as hell.

When they first get to the library and come across the book stacking is the start of a great scene. One of my favorites in the movie.
