Red Oaks - the rewatch

I had watched this gem (repeats of 1st two seasons, 1st run of last season) and as a "child of the 80s" (was 11 when the decade started), it was really great. In addition to some nice nostalgia (that wasn't nostalgia for nostalgia's sake), it was actually a really good story. Great performances by everyone, especially David, Getty and Nash.

Decided to rewatch and introduce the wife to it (same age [no pics - I have said previously she is a hybrid of Audrey Hepburn and Wynona Ryder {pics below}]) and we watched the last episode last night. She really liked it also.

It's a shame they did not have a 4th Season, but they wrapped it up nicely while leaving the door open.
