This looks like it could be interesting, but it looks like they watched the "corporate pirates" skit from Monty Python and decided to make a movie out of it.

If they can weave MeToo into a movie about rolling cities that prey on each other during the apocalypse, I'll be impressed.

Looks like it has potential. Since it's being called a "saga," should I expect multiple movies in the story?

Not sure I like the name though. Mortal Engines sounds like a bad VHS movie you'd see for sale at a gas station.

Giant Monster cities on wheels that eat each other and you see politics in that? Why because there was a woman in the trailer?
