Good, not great episode, until the Agatha reveal. One thing to keep in mind, Agatha Harkness, in the comics, was in no way an enemy of Wanda Maximoff. Quite the opposite, in fact, she was a mentor and ally. So, if she is the true villain, that is a very different turn from the source material. My guess is she is either really helping Wanda or, probably more likely, is under the influence of the yet to be revealed true villain of the series. Lastly, I still think Peter is the Fox version of Quicksilver, brought by Agatha from his universe, though that is certainly in more doubt now. Oh, and just to be clear, the extra scene is mid credit, not post credit.

Another solid episode. Elizabeth Olsen should win an Emmy for this role and I haven't cared about movie or TV awards for a very long time.

Yeah, her acting has been really good in fitting in with all these different periods and styles.

So Wanda either was, or is now, unhooked from any one reality, and was 'stuck in time' going from reality to reality, never advancing in one.

Or, she is moving on from Vision. She didn't appear to be too concerned with getting him back in this episode.

Score 1 for everyone who correctly guessed that Agatha was Agatha Harkness.

Episode was short, so that's a disappointment. I was really looking forward to an hour long.

Pretty cool origin moment for Monica's powers. Can't wait to explore them a lil more.

XMen theories are shut down, for now at least.

After this episode, my theory that Wanda was the big bad has officially been shot down pretty hard.

With Ralph once again being name-dropped,I'm convinced he is the real mastermind and Agatha is assisting him with whatever his goal is. My guess is Agatha has been using Wanda, and she kidnapped the kids once they have powers, as them and their powers will be needed to either revive/power up Ralph aka Mephisto maybe.

Last thought, Damn, Darcy and Monica both looking thick this episode.

Well, maybe on one level...

But the name of the pill is Nexus. In Marvel comics, the Nexus is where the multiverse instersects.

The theme song for this one was WANDA WANDA WANDA WANDA WANDA and they only added the Vision like an afterthought at the very tail end of the intro.

So it was Agatha all along?

Are the Magneto/Prof X/Mephisto theories finally dead? I think so.

I’d say we still don’t quite know.

As suspected, Agatha has been manipulating things the entire time (anyone else really excited to see her full witch garb that we only got a hint of revealed in full??) I still am not so sure she’s doing it alone. She again name dropped Ralph, who I’m beginning to think is actually the mastermind and actor Paul Bettany referenced wanting to work with. I imagine he’s unveiled next week, possibly still Mephisto.

I’m curious now if Quicksilver is still under her influence and who he is exactly. I could see Vision flying in just as Quicksilver is fighting Monica to “release” him. Not closing the book yet on Fox-verse.

Feige had a passing comment about the total series length, but that could easily have changed. I do expect the last two episodes will be longer now things are coming unglued and revealed, but there’s no official confirmation.

Very interesting point. Misdirection, maybe? Clearly this is NOT all Wanda any longer.

Wasn't there some talk about a 10th episode recently? Maybe there is a 10th and the final 3 would all be an hour long. With Feige mentioning that the final 3 episodes would all be an hour and what not.

At first I was worried it had something to do with how things left off at the end of the previous episode, but once it was all over, I thought it might be demonstrating that Agatha has successfully pulled them apart / how she's managed to separate them. And now that I'm typing this, I don't know that Wanda is the one that was throwing up red lights / construction crews / kids field trips in their way preventing Darcy and Vision from getting back to the house. I think Agatha has effectively isolated Wanda from her support system to prey on her.

From all I’ve seen, those are all still unsubstantiated rumors. Seems doubtful on an entire new episode, idk why they’d hide that. Fun and mysterious show though so I’d be all for it it true.

Vision thinks it’s all Wanda ever since episode 5, even when “Pietro” knocked on the door. So that’s his perspective of course. It probably is Agnes’ doing.

Given background info of knowing Agatha existed in the comics, I thought the name Agnes and the witch costume were a big hint to her eventual reveal.

But this episode all Wanda really cared was herself. She wanted the day to herself only talked about herself and such. I think thats what it eludes to.

Agatha Harkness said quickly is “I got the Darkness”. Do with that what you will.

Im thinking there are other witches there helping agatha with a big bad they are working for.

I notice how Dottie, The Mailman etc were looking when Wanda confronted monica. I think this is the Coven.

Agreed. Wanda even said “that’s not me” after Pietro knocked and interrupted their argument.
