this needs to be the last season for TWD.

Seems like the whole Coral arc this season has been forced. It just didn't flow. I guess contract stuff or whatever.
I don't mind him going from being a pretty cold blooded killer to kind of a pacifist, but the way they did it was just not very convincing.

Was Rick sitting under the tree shot a part of this episode or a part of scenes from next week?

It easily could be. All you need to do is stop watching

This episode felt like a season finale, not a premier

Zombie.. what's the book where there is a zombie outbreak but it affects animals as Well?
Like there is a chapter where they are on an oil platform and zombie whales are trying to dislodge It?
And no... I don't feel like giving it a google

Pretty sure it’s the scene that started the season. Or at least the same moments.

Dead Sea by Brian Keene?

Damn, even Talking Dead is soap opera like. Not this best return in the world for TWD. It's just all so slow, drawn out and boring. I really don't mind the subject matter.

The main problem with this show now is there’s too many characters doing too many things in too many places

Agreed. Worked in the comics but not the show.
Edit: actually, it didn't work in the comic either

No doubt and they're all doing it at the same time. In the first half of the season, the Negan/Gabriel episode took place at the same time as an episode 3 before it. Hardwick even had to ask Gimple on Talking Dead when it took place.

frick I don’t remember how Maggie took over hilltop. What are the trash folks up to?

They could thin the herd and it wouldn’t bother me. Daryl carol Morgan rick in badass modes only. But even that would get old. I actually enjoyed this episode though.

They made a new deal with Rick to kill the saviors, but when they got to the Sanctuary, it wasn't as Rick told them and the garbage folks ran. Last we saw of them.

Just think. If Coral had just listened and stayed put at the farmhouse, he could be falling asleep after boning Emily every night. Herschel would still be alive. Maggie and Glenn would be having kids by now. Rick and Lori would be working on another litter brother or sister for Coral and Judith. Carol and Darryl would probably be together at this point. Dale would still be around giving words of wisdom, maybe even getting a little sumpin-sumpin from Andrea.
Shane would still be dead.
But NOOOOO! Carl can't stay in the house, Herschel gets his head lopped off, Carl has to off Lori, Andrea has to off herself, Glenn meets Lucille, and Carl has to put a bullet behind his own ear.
YOU SHOULDA JUST STAYED PUT WHEN TOLD, YOU LITTLE PRICK!
I will not miss Coral.

Tonight ... one of the worst episodes so far. I'm almost done with it.
Twenty-nine minutes-in and they were still showing credits and had run 16 minutes of commercials.
Story was shite.

I literally laughed out loud when the shot went off.
Hell, I’m still laughing,
Also, people on TV can’t use a shovel worth a shite. Their technique is terrible.
