Yes but it helps if you have been watching the season as it does all tie together.

No we have a spoiler thread based on comics but the comics are not as close to the episodes anymore.

is there a mole? Eugene
No, Eugene was taken before the group decided to fight. I bet it's the old man from Hilltop.

Could it be Dr. Carson that is the mole?

Well this episode was not completely cringe worthy. I guess that is something.

The sneak peek they showed during Badlands was not promising. King Eazy E talking blah blah blah to Morgan. Yawn.

The mole is the old women that was in charge of the dyke village. My theory is that she had some agreement with Negan that she let no one else know about, that is why she was so adamant on not fighting the saviors.

the walking dead went from the best series on TV to the worst. All in the matter of a season.

RIP TWD

It was pretty, nice set up for what looks to be an explosive finale

Eugene saw Rosita come to rescue him so he had to assume Rick and his crew weren't far behind.

Negan sounded pretty certain. And Gregory is a little wiener who knows for sure that Rick, et al are planning to fight. Eugene doesn't know anything for sure.

I guess I'm just basing this off of what they did last season, but it seems typical to what has happened to the writing of this show. When something is being built towards all season it needs to happen at the end of the season. It can't carry over to the next season as a cliffhanger. The season needs to tell a whole story then give a little hint of something coming in the next season to keep you interested. Instead they just split what should have happened in the finale to maintain interest, and end up gipping the audience of a complete and coherent story.

Consideing the storline for next season, I can't see them doing that again. The war will probably last all season and possibly hint at the next group during the mid season after credit scene or during one of the last episodes

They are going to end this season with a lead up to the confrontation with Negan then have the actual confrontation happen in the first episode of next season

That right there would be the bullshite I feared. They ended the season break staring at each other forever with a look that said "we are FINALLY doing this!". bs

episode. Still shite that doesn't make sense. Negan wouldn't be dumb enough to keep someone who just came on a suicide mission to kill you alive. Why are we still wasting tons of ammo on walkers when you're not outnumbered? Why are the women from Oceanside that want to fight not going with them?

I was thinking the same thing about the ammo. They just wasted a couple hundred rounds killing 30-40 walkers. Just bash them in the head.

As far as the little birdie talk, Negan has to have spies watching the compound. Even if from outside the walls. He would know that Rick has been gone days at a time. Now they are all walking around with rifles and handguns. That would have to get his attention.

The more I think about it the more Negan trying to recruit Sasha to join his side blows my mind.

Why the hell does he keep letting people who try to kill him live?

Relatively speaking, this was by far the best episode of the season.
