Amazon just released what is a new teaser trailer on the actual Prime platform. You can watch it here (scroll down to Bonus videos):

New Trailer -- Moiraine's Quest

EDIT: Apparently this NOT the official Full trailer (which will be out within the next week or so apparently), but another teaser trailer from one of the characters perspective.

And they've put out a ton of new videos:

Behind the Scenes

"Logain"

Shadowspawn

Understanding Wheel of Time - What is an Aes Sedai

Well I learned I’ve been pronouncing this wrong.

I’m sure I’m sure it’s not the only thing

Something about all these teasers makes me less excited about this series. I can't put my finger on it, but something doesn't sit right with me. Logain, for instance, doesn't quite look right. I think this is the natural byproduct of developing a look and feel in one's head while reading a book only to see a completely different one translated to screen.

Then I watched this shadowspawn clip, and my tenders got tingly. They nailed the Myyrdral and Trollocs. That's absolutely perfect and chilling.

I wasn't overly thrilled with the teaser and some of the looks but the stuff that has come out since then and I am pretty jazzed about

Having gone through that in GoT, I definitely had to let some preconceptions go but found some casting that was really, really good despite what I saw in my reading.

I know some very bare bones WoT stuff from the SO reading them but excited to go in fresh for once.

In terms of look, GOT was probably a little more faithful than WOT will be. They are definitely going with a more stylized vibe for WOT and also great expanding some roles while also condensing and getting rid of whole character plotlines. They also have the benefit of a completed series and can know what is extraneous and what isn't.

Seems more Chronicles of Narnia/Shadow and Bone than LOTR

I agree. I've just always pictured Logain and Mazrim as big, strong looking guys. The same as Rand who's 6'6 in the books.

I think visually it might be hard to get over in a show? Hell, I don't know truly, but I am excited for the show.

Same here. And why can't they give Rand his red hair? That's a pretty important trait in the books (I'm 10 books in, so not finished the series yet)

Totally agree. It's def something that matters in the books, but won't be pertinent at all now.

Just so many questions! Will they have Tinkers?! I liked Aram. Thought he was a pretty decent character.
