I think that’s the point though. This is pretty clearly geared towards adult women who are nostalgic over Barbie. I’m not looking for Oscar-quality stuff here. Just something fun and nostalgic.

I'm not rushing to the cineplex .... but I trust with that cast and Greta directing there is something there. Not to mention generations of Barbie collectors/fans waiting in the wings.

Not trying to sound like an a-hole but has it occurred to you that this movie they created does not target to your age group? Of course it’s going to look bad for grown arse men, but for kids it might be great for them.
