2 of those have Trace Adkins in them and are horrid. Dead Man's Burden was ok and stars a pretty cute little Aussie.

The Salvation was surprisingly good. I wasn't sure about the Danish angle at first but it sped up quickly.

Agreed. The Euro homesteader in the Northwest getting in trouble with local toughguys is something that was done in Western literature but I haven't seen it in movies.
