My personal problem with reconciling BCS & BB

Is the amount of disrespect Mike has for Gus with the handling of the Nacho situation at the end of BCS, & how he seems to be truly invested & upset with Gus’ protection & death in BB.
From a narrative sense, I can only justify it as Mike gave up much of his “code” to just making money for his family & HOLY shite SAUL IS MIKES BREAKING BAD!!!
