And no particular order, I've got Bull Durham, Major League, Field of Dreams and The Natural. Who do you have?

I like all the ones mentioned and would like to add Moneyball and For Love of the Game.

Field of dreams is the Bible.

The Natural is the great American Novel.

Bull Durham is the Pulp Fiction.

Major League is the Comic book.

Too many great movies.

Field of Dreams
The Natural
Major League
Sand Lot
A League of their Own
For Love of the Game
Bull Durham
Summer Catch

those just off the top of my head.

Whoever wrote and/or produced major league knew baseball. That movie gets so much of the essence of the sports culture correct and obviously uses some creative liberties for humor. But every time I watch it I always think of how accurate they seem to nail baseballs culture.

ETA: baseball movies in general tend to do this better than movies for any other sport.

And the Sandlot is the your favorite as a kid that somehow still holds up as a great movie when you go back to it as an adult.

I would say the two you can't leave off is
Sandlot and Field of Dreams

The next two would be a decision between Major League, The Natural, Bad News Bears, Bull Durham, Rookie of the Year, A League of Their Own.

I'll go with
Sandlot
Field of Dreams
Major League
A League of Their Own

My favorites:

Bull Durham
Field of Dreams
The Natural
Sandlot

I'd add For the Love of the Game as my alternate.

For me, there are scenes in each of those that are so perfectly "baseball" sentimentally for me, that they are simply perfect scenes.

Fact.

The Sandlot is my #1 sports movie of all time. It's that good, even as an adult. While nostalgia makes me absolutely love this movie, it actually holds up well over time and it just legitimately good/great.

There are very few baseball movies that I've hated. Generally, if it involves baseball, I'll find something about it to like. But, I HATED For the Love of the Game. It was the most clichéd piece of CRAP that I've ever watched.
