I'm through the first 4 episodes on Directv on demand. It's about a 1959 Miami hotel with some mob story lines and good drama. Super intense.

Meh. I stopped watching after 4 or 5 episodes. It was kind of slow and I lost interest. It never really got much attention on here either.

I really liked it, that was a cool time adn I think the show is well executed. I hope it returns.

ETA: Interesting (or not) trivia, Magic City's Ben Diamond is Boardwalk Empire's Richard Harrow's half brother IRL.

One of the best parts about this show is the cars. A few of those cars probably run for a couple hundred grand.

I watched the whole season and it kept my interest. It's fairly cliche and nothing you haven't seen before. But the beautiful women, sex and violence are enough to keep me around. I'll watch Season 2.
