People should be more mad about David Goyer and Zack Snyder writing the script.

Not that I think this is either real OR a good idea, technically, "The Dark Knight Falls" is the correct title. When the series was originally released in comic book form, the series was simply called "Batman: The Dark Knight." Issue one was "The Dark Knight Returns," issue 2 "The Dark Knight Triumphant," issue 3 "Hunt the Dark Knight," and issue 4 "The Dark Knight Falls." It was only when the series was collected into Trade Paperback form was the title of the series was from then on called "The Dark Knight Returns." Being that issue 4 is the one which featured the Superman/Batman fight, whoever photoshopped this up is pretty clever, as it makes it seem somewhat authentic.
The fakeness comes from 1) the Robin from DKR was the female Robin Carrie Kelley, and 2) there is no way ANYONE in this production would cast Bieber for even a cameo role as "random dude getting killed." Unlike a musician who has shown acting chops like Justin Timberlake-who said he wants to be the Riddler, but being that this is a Superman movie featuring Batman, plus more than likely Justice League films before any new solo Batman films, unlikely anytime soon-The Beebs has shown no acting talent aside from acting like a royal douche. So, no cause for concern here!

If this is real, I'm about to kill Zach Snyder. Holy mother of frick. I couldn't think of a worse choice, and despite being a huge Batman nerd, there is no way in fricking hell I'd see the film in theater or DVD. I'm sure curiosity would get the best of me and I'd rip it off online, but I really hope that both Bieber and Snyder get shot in the fricking face if this is true.

Timberlake responded to a radio question about which superhero he'd play by saying that he doesn't want to ever play a superhero, but he'd play a villain, and that he'd want to play the Riddler because it was his favorite villain growing up. It was hardly him campaigning for a role.
I love Timberlake and think he is a shockingly good actor (minus one abysmal performance in In Time) and I think he would be a disaster as the Riddler.

Oh I realize that. I didn't even say that I would want him as the Riddler. I was just using him as an example of another musician mentioning a Batman-related role in comparison to this Bieber trolling. At least Timberlake has proven his acting chops numerous times, and would at least deserve consideration for such a role (and is a very likable guy), as opposed to Bieber, who has never acted and is pretty much a widely disliked guy by anyone over the age of 15.

And why would anyone be mad at Zack Snyder for this? He didn't write Man of Steel, he didn't cast for that movie, and he's not casting for this movie either. Whomever is mad about Goyer potentially writing this movie, he wrote the last one and this one and I'd all but put my life on the own that even if he did put Robin in the script (I'm more likely to have a threesome with Kate Upton and Katee Owens on the moon in 10 minutes than that being a reality), he wouldn't do so with fricking Justin Beiber in mind. And even if Goyer went full retard, it would require the entire managing body of Warner Brothers Studios going on the worst acid trip known to man for them to even remotely consider having Justin Beiber play a significant role in arguably their biggest movie of the next 5 years.
