I forgot to vote. Seven Samurai vs Apocalypto was my toughest choice. Both are two of my all-time favorite movies and neither are a movie that you would classify as action if you could only assign it one genre. So I went Seven Samurai because I think the final battle/showdown vs the raiders was probably the most "action" of either movie.
Tombstone vs TGTBATG was just as touch. Two of my all-time favorite westerns. But I gave the edge to Tombstone because I think it had more true action.

Most votes = 1a.
Second most = 1b
Third most = 1c
Fourth most = 1d
Least amount of votes = 16d
Second least = 16c
Third least = 16b
Fourth least = 16a
1a would play 16d because the #1 overall seed would play the #64 seed. 1b vs 16c, and so on and so forth.
Then splitting into regions I made it where if everything played out without upsets the #1 overall seed (1a) would play the lowest #1 seed (1d) in the final four and 1b would play 1c. Tried to follow how the NCAA would do March Madness.
If there were ties in votes (with this one there were numerous ties) I would use their IMDB ratings to determine who got the higher seed.

Thank you! I enjoy doing it. This one isn't getting quite the response as some of the other but o well.
The Microsoft Paint movie scene thread from years ago was awesome. I'm debating doing one of those again. Some of the drawings were incredible. Just not sure if enough of the old time posters are posting here enough to get it a lot of traction. When we did that, for like weeks if you searched something like "best movie scenes" on google, it was the 2nd or 3rd option. I thought it was kid of cool because tigerdroppings was listed right above vanity fair and imdb in the search results

300 is probably more of an action film by definition, and it's a good movie. But Inception is incredible and can easily be considered an action movie. Car chase, explosions, gun shootouts. I voted simply because it's just the better movie.
Edit: Joel and Ellies part was good in episode 3. So I really enjoyed about 10 minutes of it and thought the other 65 minutes were a waste as far as progressing the story.
