Another solid episode. Hope they can keep it up. Worst case scenario they can always unbutton the XO's wife's shirt some more.

Agreed. Two very good story lines that will be at play in the next couple of episodes.
I would wager that all this has something to do with whatever mission the seals were returning from when the sub picked them up. Who knows?

That was a damn solid episode again. Really good scene at the end. Surprisingly solid acting for a network show.

I agree that the cast is pretty solid as a whole. But, IMO, Andre Braugher is one of the most under-rated actors out there. He's been one of my favorites every since "Homicide".

I thought the pilot was solid but this episode was just o.k. I find that the girl officer is a joke of an actor. The writing as a whole last night was pretty terrible. Of course my standards may have been too high considering I had just finished the first season of Homeland before watching

It's in a rough timeslot, and it's ratings reflect that. The premiere didn't even score that great, and the 2nd episode's ratings dropped a pretty decent amount.

meanwhile cbs puts more formulaic crap like Elementary and does well...

I don't know about that though...I thought I read somewhere that Thursday isn't the night it used to be especially for younger demographic. Lot more people going out and doing things on thur night as opposed to wed.

I think she's okay (we're talking about the daughter on the sub right?). The one I can't stand is the chick who allegedly created the stealth technology. She fricking sucks, and I completely hate that entire storyline.
