Kraven being an activist who’s against all forms of hunting but especially poaching
Gains superhuman powers through a ritual
The Chameleon is the main villain
Kraven kills the Chameleon but finds out the real villain is his own father
The Chameleon turns out to be his own brother
Post credit scene 1 turns out Chameleon is actually alive
Post credit scene 2 Shows Kraven going after Morbius and Vulture
Chances are this is all fake but sounds exactly like something Sony would do so who knows

I hope it's fake because it sounds terrible.
Actually on second thought, I hope they fail. It should be incredibly easy to tell good stories with these characters.

He's an activist against hunting but not murder? Anyone that knows anything about the character knows Chameleon is his half brother. I hope they aren't playing that up as a big twist.
He's been portrayed as an anti hero similar to Venom. His only reason for conflict with Spider Man is to prove to himself that he his better. He never has any nefarious plans to conquer a city or anything.

Pretty much.
Kraven’s MO is that he has hunted and beaten everything then takes on Spider Man as his latest conquest. Well, until he goes shithouse rat during Last Hunt.
