It's one thing to have morals and refuse to do them but after the whole world has already seen it, why stop now?
maybe she doesn't want to be type casted and be sought out for parts just to do nude scenes. just throwing out a guess here I have no idea.

can't blame her if that would be the reason. If she has goals and wants to have a notable career after the show she may want to put an end to it now.

if people are upset they can also go back and watch old got episodes that will always be there for them

She probably got tired of telling her parents "NO DON'T WATCH THIS WEEK I'M NOT IN IT IT'S A TERRIBLE EPISODE WAIT TILL NEXT WEEK WHEN I'M WEARING CLOTHES AND GIVING PEOPLE ADVICE!"

It's the continuation of the same character. How can you be type casted from that? It's one thing to not want to star in other movies as a naked blonde girl but for a character you already play?

There is a comment that says the actress was the girl who played Ros.

Awesome news. Lots of respect to the directors and their "no tits = we kill you with a crossbow" stance.

If she stop doing nudity then they should just get a new Dana. THe whole point of game of throne was it was an adult fantasy world that pulls no punches in violences and sex. You always see and her about sex off screen, what made GRRM popular was he pretty much rubbed it in your face making you go "No way! that did not happen! He really wrote that?!"

Without the aggressive sex it would just be about another political fantasy world that really doesn't separate itself from the others out there.

I can see why she doesn't want to do it anymore. However, that was what's written in the book and if you are going to say you faithfully adapt well...

However it's up to the director, frankly I would just replace her.

I think I am, I read the book but never watched the series. I knew books like that could never be faithfully adapted, but from what I heard it came very close to it. Nothing against the show but if it's in the book it should be there if not then I understand. It's censorship..however replace it with someone who would jump at the chance to play said role.

Yeah no shite. Guys on the OT going bananas over some WOWYHI thread are just as lame. Hopefully in y'alls long arse episodic threads you guys actually talk about things of substance .. not just who showed their tits this episode bullshite.

So you're admitting you don't know what the frick you're talking about because you don't even know what's talked about by those "male GoT fanboys" in episode threads. Nice.

Why name Clarke specifically when its all speculation? Irresponsible article IMO.

Big time this. Same with the thread title.

Though if true, it fricking sucks. But it's not that big of a deal anyway..

The fact that you're calling a woman "it" says a lot about your mentality.

We had a talk and I told her it would make me more comfortable if she kept her clothes on while being filmed.

Too bad you're in the minority among the male GOT fanboys who act like they've never seen a fricking naked woman before. I've never seen grown men turn into such fricking juveniles like some do when talking about this utterly overrated show.

That's pretty rich coming from a Bachelor fanboy. You really have no room to talk.

Rohan likes the Bachelor?

I'm not sure if I can take anything he says serious ever again.

I wasn't thinking in terms of an actor, I was thinking in terms of a product and the book. I reference the actor as her lots of time but the character as it. I can separate the two actor from role. Like I say, never watched it so it not as personalized I guess for me as it is for you. I just think if you want to say you adapt something faithfully, you should really do it not cut corners.

Now keep in mind I didn't think GoT could be made due to the age restriction and how GRRM wrote it. It amazed me that many of the ASOFAI fans that I talked to think it's the shizzle. HOw many say it has been faithfully adapted thus far. Just saying like Darren from Bewitch or Aunt Vivian from Fresh Prince. If they don't want to do the role, cut them and get a new one.

Yes actors are commodity.

I don't know if it's overrated or not, but I don't get it. For me, it's one of those things that has become mega popular in our culture that everyone seems to talk about, but I just don't understand. I've tried to watch the show a few times, but I've never made it through a whole episode. I just don't understand the appeal. Emilia Clarke is absolutely gorgeous, though.

Did everyone ignore the post where it was Ros and not Dany?

I was wondering Ros was showing em off almost every episode at one point. Then all of a sudden she gets that new position and is hardly heard from again until she's ousted.
