But the whole point of a non-extradition country is you don't have to hide.

His finances are fricked at the moment, so I don’t think he could afford Latin America, let alone Dubai.
As for the hiding bit, part of why I mention it is that certain non-extradition countries, like Venezuela, are currently in major economic trouble. Someone could see Weinstein as a potential ransom or bounty to be collected if he does show his face.
