4 episodes in, enjoying it thus far. I had been saving it to start and now glad I did.
Jason Bateman and Julia Garner have done a great job with their roles imo with what ive seen. Does the series gain traction as it goes, or does it slow down?

S2 is probably the weakest of the 3 seasons but it is a very good show overall. Definitely stick with it

very good show for a while then the suspension of disbelief gets Sons of Anarchy a run for its money.

That's wild so far I think Ozark has just progressed. I've been extremely happy with all 3 seasons jmo. Things are just progressing as I see it idk
Nothing crazy has happened. S3 was just really good imo
But hey I loved SOA too even tho did crazy shite like breaking clay out while on the rd. Just to kill him smh idk why

It is great. They go on some story arcs I dislike.
I will really try to say this without spoilers OP but be warned.......
The Snells storyline I never liked, just awful people and not very believable IMO. Thats just one example and as I type it I realize its just more "spoiling" to say more, so I will stop.
I just liked a lot of the stories that season one setup and they just kind of went away a bit. But the point to the series is for everything to come off the rails.
I enjoy the hell out of it.
ETA.... It ain't Breaking Bad, but it'll do.

Yep. Season 2 runs off the rails. Season 3 gets a little better
Loved season 1, but the very end of the last episode had me worrying that it would run off the rails, and it did...

Just finished Season 1.
The Snell family can be a little impulsive..i don't understand why Ruth doesn't take some of the money she is making and get a better ride/housing/wardrobe. Her dad kinda comes off like a prick too.
And Harris Yulin as a tough old bastard fond of weaponry has been fun to watch, and a great addition.

I watched it all recently. I thought it was slow at first but powered through and it is great. A really well done show.
