Jurassic World Dominion is one of the worst movies I've ever seen

Didn't see it in theaters, saw an extended edition was on Peacock now. That movie was shite. Waste of time. Completely devoid of any soul or logic. Incredible CGI though.

It was bad but I enjoyed it. I wished they would just make a movie about the dinosaurs and not some crazy plot or scheme.

It was full of fan bait but it’s hardly a bad movie. They tried to fit in a lot but they did a good job considering.

Bad. In previous JP movies they have huge guns on trucks etc. to battle against some of the larger dinosaurs. In this one they have a 12 inch long stun gun.

Disagree completely. It was not good at all. It did manage to get a little better in the second half once they got to the sanctuary, but that's mainly because there was nowhere to go but up after how bad the first half was.
There were just so many things about it that either sucked or made no sense whatsoever logically (or realistically).

I had similar thoughts watching the same version you did.
It was a bad B-movie Bond film for a weird 45 minute period wrapping up in Malta with the villian with her laser pointer. The movie somewhat recovered after that.
That cheesy bad girl during that part we are given no real reason to care about and then she's gone from the film. And what was up with the guys still watching/gambling on fights while the giant dinosaurs are rumbling around?
Oh, the two dinosaurs chomping on that guy's arms while Owen extracts information was also stupidly funny.
ETA: forgot how they tried to make that villian cool by her calmly walking out of a firefight. It had to be purposefully campy.

I love the Jurassic franchise and I’ll admit this and FK were just bad. I probably won’t rewatch either. I liked Jurassic World but the last 2 movies have shite on the original film and Chrichton’s work. At least JP3 is a fun B movie.

I like how Jeff Golblum's character was making fun of the movie.

For so many reasons I wish Chrichton had lived. His imagination would have taken this initial theme of him and parsed it out into a series for the ages with just enough CGI to surprise us in the least predictable places.
