I think that once that teen baby fat started to go, she knew she had to tone up or replace it with adult fat (which is much harder to manage). So she toned instead of becoming the sagging 50 year old we'd all hate.

Look JC is an absolute smoke show and has aged like a fine wine, Today I’d take JC but in the 80s it is PC all day everyday.
If you’ve got time google Phoebe Cates Paradise NSFW. Even if they waterfall scene doesn’t change your mind, you can thank me anyways cause that’s as gratuitous as you can get. As a youth, I stumbled upon Paradise accidentally, and that was appointment TV whenever it made the rounds on HBO. Actually saw it before fast times.
