Tough one. They were both under rated comedy gems. Addams family gets a boost due to the hilarious movies that came afterwards.
I will call it a tie. You can't go wrong watching either one.

As a kid the Munsters was so much better. But older I appreciate the Addams Family. It was edgier than the Munsters. But I still prefer the Munsters though.

Liked both. Varied by episode. Both hilarious. Both had iconic characters and great casts.
