Is Severance worth investing time into?

Watched the first episode last night, and I enjoyed the mindbending quality of it- is the whole season like this? Or does it meander?

Severance might be the best first season of any show I've ever watched. Brilliant concept, writing, and overall execution.
They're filming it now. Should release in early 2024.
