I agree with this other than I wasn't a huge fan of Django.

How many times have you seen it?

Jackie Brown is another movie that has improved greatly on repeated viewings over the years (Not saying you didnt like that film at first).

Opening scene of IB is money.

But the bar scene is better...

In fact the whole movie is awesome.

One of the most overrated films of all time. End of story. I'll never be able to comprehend the hype and buzz this arse-tastic pile of fat man hemorrhoids stirred up.

I honestly think his character in Django Unchained is the most "likable" in all of QT's movies.

Agree - thanks to Waltz tremendous portrayal & understanding of Tarantino's written word.

If you liked Django, you'll really like Basterds. Basterds I think is better than it in every single way.

It's good and has some great individual scenes, but it drags in places and is pretty overrated on this board. The basterds themselves are also completely superfluous to the more interesting plot liens

Django is really good, IB is phenomenal. If Django had ended twenty-two minutes sooner, I think it would've been closer to IB.

Argo is good. Entertaining, the easiest to absorb of the three.

Inglorius Batards is very average. The dialogue is excellent but it's a slap in the face to every other great world war 2 movie. At least Django is original.

Then I saw Django and absolutely loved it.
I loved Django. Inglorious Basterds was just okay to me. Waltz and Laurent were the only good actors IMO. Pitt was terrible, and Fassbender's character annoyed the shite out of me.

Thats how I initially felt about it.

But its improved over the years. "The Parts" of IB are amazing..but its not as complete a movie as Django Unchained.

Comparing IB and Django Unchained is like comparing prime Chris Paul against Derrick Rose. Rose (IB) has more highlights and unforgettable plays.....Paul (DU) is just consistent all the way through in a steadier and craftier fashion.

Yea I went for the basketball reference
