Anytime they show Jared Leto's arm at the end of Requiem for a Dream. That was horrifying.

I never actually hide my eyes, but there are a few scenes that make me squinch my face in revulsion.
Probably the most embarrassing one is adrenaline shot in Pulp Fiction. I don't know what it is about that but it gets me every time
