Batman
Spiderman
Death on the Nile
Uncharted.

And I really really liked Uncharted. You’d enjoy Uncharted more than DotN, but DotN is a better movie.

Spiderman isn’t in most places but I can’t think of a time in the last two years where I’d have to pick between 4 movies.

The weekend before Covid shut everything down, my wife and I saw 3 movies just because we could see the writing on the wall.

Spider-Man was very fun movie and is your pick of you have kids or anyone with a short attention span.

Otherwise pick Batman Bc Spider-Man will probably be streaming soon.

If you've never seen Spider Man (and have seen the other Marvel Spider-Man movies) then that's a no-brainer. It's excellent, top tier Marvel movie. It's currently second-place for me behind Thor: Ragnarok.

I have not seen any of the other movies, but going off of what others have told me about them, these are my unfounded impressions:

Batman: Robert Pattinson is good, but this movie is rediculously long and feels longer than its run time. It's dark, poorly paced, and exhausting.

Death on the Nile: solid whodunit novel turned into a solid, but unremarkable, mystery movie.

Uncharted: everyone who hates it is either a critic who HATES any sort of action movie because it's below them or a super fan of the game franchise because they don't like the casting of Tom Holland or that this movie is a prequel to the games. People who are neither critics nor hard core Uncharted game fans all seem to really like this movie as a fun Indiana Jones/Romancing the Stone/Mission Impossible type movie with a great cast.

Ended up seeing Batman. I liked the storyline but man was it long. Pattinson did a good job but seemed a little emoish.

this is a solid review. the only people that i hated it were critics and gamer purist (i say this as a purist who hated WoT, but liked Witcher) and most gamers were ok with it after they realized it was a prequel.

everybody i recommended it to really enjoyed it.
