Yes, that's a tough matchup. God forbid there be two good movies going up against each other in a tournament full of all time great movies. It's kind of impossible to have it evenly spread out to where the seeding satisfies everybody. It's also unrealistic to do it any other way than what I did.
You have people vote. I wasnt going to do a bunch of head to head matchups which is I guess your suggestion and fill the board with threads when I could just have a nomination round and it work out perfectly fine.
It's not that big of a deal. People have complained about what movies won which can be debated, but literally no one else has complained about the way it was set up. It's not that big of a deal.

I believe so. Nightmare is an all-time classic to me. I watch it year round. Rudolph is fantastic. It's not shitty and sappy with kid gloves. The reindeer are mean as shite to Rudolph because he's different, Hermie doesn't want to work in a communist sweatshop, etc... It's a great movie with great leassons.

agree it's got a battle in the second round though. Along with being terribly under-seeded Secret of Nimh is not just a great "animated" movie it is just completely original and captivating story telling. Should have at least gotten a top 4 seed.
