the last scene sucked
the scene where theon's sister was getting her people together was pretty gay, but i give it a pass b/c it sets up a new conflict
it seemed like when she picked up the coin and said vahlar morgulis (sp), it made it seem like she would go to braavos

So guesses to what happens with Jon? Think he's done?
He's got a lot of potential - he's got a Stark's sense of honor, but he also (unlike Robb and Ned) knows how to play games in order to survive.

With living or Nights watch?

I felt it was a serviceable finale episode, did the job for me.
Ditto. The only thing I would change is what I said earlier regarding Arya.

You mean the guy who's never been on boat and can't swim that's rowing in the sea to Kings Landing? I'm actually curious about his story as well.

but the main problem is people just keep forgetting basic characters...like this hodor stuff
I understand and think I would struggle with that too.. But I've gone back and rewatched season 1 four times and season 2 twice.
It has helped so much, there was a lot of dialogue that doesn't make sense the first watch.
Watch them again and you start understanding everything a little better.

I forgot about her. It should be pretty awesome when that unfolds.

Damn I didn't even realize this was the finale
I'll tune in next season just as confused as this season. Still a good story but a terrible way to end a season IMHO.

Yeah I don't remember exactly - if she meets some from Braavos, she gives them the coin and they'll take her there or something? IDK I'm confused about that process.

Did anyone else facepalm during the last scene with Dany and her "liberation"?... Such a . I was hoping that wouldn't be the last scene of the season.
I don't know if that's the way I would've wrote it, but what would happen to the gorgeous blonde chick who just liberated over 200,000 people? That's way better than Schindler did, and people dig his story.
It wasn't the wowest scene I've ever seen, but I guess it just didn't make me hate life like it did for you.
Eta: or at least some on here would have you believe.

I didn't even think about that but you're probably right on. She literally has nowhere to go for safe haven. The only person that has any interest in protecting her is that face changer guy.
Dany and Vaseries went to Essos when they had nowhere to go.

It just seemed like more "stupid sheep worship Dany" schlock. It's not a big deal or anything, but we've seen it for 3 seasons.
I just expected more for the last scene of a season.
I thought the scene sucked and I posted about it, how ridiculous

It ended like every other season has...a quick check in with twelve storylines to set up next year. It's like the first 33% of the entire story.

So at the current pace of the show, only three more seasons of her traveling?
But I don't it meant anything like that, just that she's developing into a straight killer.

Sorry. How should that scene've gone down?

With this show, she could open next season in Bravos (sure

Yeah, I thought this was a great ending. Lots of conversation, slowing things down, working on characters, etc. Dany's scene was interesting in terms of how she's become a mother in a much broader sense, having lost her baby in season one. But I agree with others that it was rather cheesy...seemed like a waste of budget to me.

In a less boring and cheesy way

It was more earned than Neo at the end of the last Matrix
The scene was what it was, I definitely wasn't bothered by it. If you compare it to how it mirrors the first season's finale, look how far Dany's cone in two seasons. I wanna see where she's at in two more...and beyond.

Yeah but the last two matrix movies are horrendous.
