I don't give a crap what people do as long as they're not murdering people.

On the murder level, you'd be more wise to boycott a movie because of the sponsorship of a giant douchebag corporation that is destroying the globe or putting nasty shite in our food or poisoning us.

Everything you just said about Scientology people used to say about Mormons.

If people want to be weird and have 5 wives, I am Tommy Lee Jones in The Fugitive...I don't care.

Just don't murder people and don't abuse children. M'kay.

But it's a free country for you to do your other weirdo shite.

After watching Leah Remini’s series on Scientology I will never watch another Cruise movie again. This is a TOTALLY evil organization and if you support his movies you are complicent in furthering his career and helping Scientology. If you think I’m nuts watch the series. Even if only 10% of the series were true it would be enough to condemn this organization.

I'm convinced they've got enough stuff on Cruise to blackmail him into compliance.

I'll still watch some of them on Netflix, but yeah, he's a p.o.s.

I worked with him and he was a super nice guy. I stick out of people’s religion and when working with him he didn’t bring it up.

If so, then count me in.

Tom Cruise has been in most of the best sci fi movies made in the last 20 years.

Edge of Tomorrow
Oblivion
Minority Report

Would Vanilla Sky or Magnolia be sci fi? Need a ruling.

Either way, most of his movies are good.

We literally don't care. I'll watch Top Gun and Days of Thunder every year till I die. Cannot wait to spend a lot of money with my family to see Top Gun: Maverick next summer!

Kind of like the people that said they were boycotting Disney. It didn't happen because that meant ESPN and the SEC Network.

Scientology is a fricked up cult that probably should be illegal. Not much I can do about it though, and goddamn does Tom Cruise know how to smile and make movies.

Oh, I don't think this is true. He's known as an actor and Scientologist in that order, and both are pretty interlinked with the other. He's the face of scientology to most people.
