It’s from the director of The Raid movie series, so if you’ve seen that you’ll know what you’re in for. Watched the first episode last night, and it was a lot of bloody fun. It’s airing on AMC+ in the US, not sure what that is though. All episodes have aired in the uk so they’re out there already for those interested.

Just went and checked because I want to watch this. If you have Xfinity (Comcast) you have AMC+ and I was able to set this to record on my Xfinity Stream app.

I’m loving the show. So violent and bloody. Just a ton of fun. 
Just finished episode 5, and it’s amazing! my favorite episode so far. Rarely do I rewatch episodes of shows, but I’m going to have to watch that one again. I can’t remember a single episode of a show I’ve enjoyed more than that in some time. Just brutal.

Yeah it’s great. Finished the season the other night, and I really enjoyed it. They’ve already greenlit a second season, but judging by the comments from the director it won’t come out until 2021 at the earliest, and possibly not until 2022 which would be a bummer.
I’m curious to see if you guys loved episode 5 as much as I did.

sky Atlantic Probably does have a steaming service, but it would be UK based. I want to say I tried using a vpn to get access to the bbc iplayer a while back, but it was more difficult than I thought it would be. So I’ve never tried to access Another UK streaming service since then.
I heard that you can torrent the entire series, if that’s something you might be interested in :wink:

Finished the first 2 episodes last night - pretty damn impressive.

I will say I am disappointed that Elliot is undercover. Seems a little cliché. I really wanted him to be a gangster. Not going to stop me from watching but damn.....

Yeah I feel like it would easily be a board favorite if it were on a bigger streaming platform that more people subscribed to. I’d never even heard of AMC+ until I found out about this series. I think it was initially supposed to be on Cinemax, but they did away with their original programming division so AMC picked it up.
Either way, those that find it through AMC+, or torrents, are in for a treat.

So AMC+ gave you the first one to set the hook and then you had to buy the service at $5/month. I did.
I binged the first 4. AMC is releasing 1 a week on Thursdays so now I have to wait and it’s killing me. Worth every bit of $5 though.

episode 5 is the one that Gareth Evans is most proud of, I believe. Posted all kinds of BTS stuff on his instagram stories about it
i cant wait to watch them all with my dad. we're huge Raid fans

Elliot’s fight scenes with the Pikey with butcher knife and Cole were phenomenal. E5 ending with the whole family together, I was exhausted.
