Saw this the other day... Absolutely incredible.
They always say the show is still essentially as popular as it ever ever was here oversees.
Amazingly Seinfeld never made the same leap in other countries.

It really is amazing how other countries bash our culture and yet when it takes root somewhere it grows and often beats out what was there before.

Baywatch.
Holy moly.
When I was backpacking the mid-90's - that show was everywhere.
That and Family Ties (for some weird reason)
Hola Skippy, Hola Alex, donde esta Mallory?

I was in Denmark barhopping in 1999 and saw a guy out late walking his black lab. I said "Sit Ubu sit" and the guy said "Good dog!" and barked.

Yikes. I remember it being pretty big news that they were making 1mil per episode there towards the end. They are essentially still making the same amount of money now.
I need the numbers on The Office now.

I used to watch Friends during my early college years. That is until I found out about Seinfeld, Simpson, Fraiser.

That’s usually the elitist, mostly on the political left
