Bryan Cranston is happy to help his Malcolm In The Middle co-star Frankie Muniz remember their time on set, after health issues left the younger actor with dramatic memory loss.

Frankie shot to fame as a child after landing the lead part in the much-loved TV show, which debuted in 2000 and ran for six years. But the 31-year-old has since suffered nine concussions and several mini-strokes.

Talking on Monday night’s Dancing with the Stars, which Frankie is competing in, Bryan, 61, shed light on how he helps his former on-screen son.

“I told him not to worry about what you remember and what you don’t remember,” Bryan explained. “They’re still your experiences. That will be my job. I will tell him, ‘Remember this? Remember that from Malcolm? What a life for you!’”

Frankie, who traded in his acting career to become a race car driver, also opened up about his struggles, and admitted he doesn’t know if the mini-strokes and concussions directly caused his memory loss, as he’s never been to a doctor to ask.

“To be honest, I’ve never really talked about it,” he shared, adding that his girlfriend Paige Price writes down everything they do in a journal.

“I love to be able to look back. It makes make a little sad that it doesn’t just pop back into my mind. Like, I should have remembered going to Australia. That’s something that people remember.”

He also confessed that 2017 has been his most memorable year as he’s “learnt to live in the present”.

“I’m happy with my acting career, I’m happy the decision I made to drive race cars and to focus on music. Even if I don’t remember it all, I’m happy,” he stated.

Child actor? Check

Weird health problems? Check

Tied up with sketchy Hollywood types like David Nicksay? Check

I'd say this could be another victim of the whole pedo mafia in Hollywood... as crazy as that sounds.

Bryan should start fricking with him, then, telling him about all the fun they had making Breaking Bad.

I mean...Frankie Muniz's career is pretty forgettable, so its not that much of a stretch.
