Four christmases. Underrated.

Is it the best 2000s comedy? No. Not even really close. But it has a lot of the big players from the decade and it’ll do. It’s rewatchable and I really enjoy it. It’s over the top but has enough truth in it that I laugh at more than I remember.
Compared to comedies today, it’s great.

On my Christmas rotation every year.
Only complaint is they really could’ve hit a homerun if they had a funnier female than Reese. She was a little to ‘by the book’ for that role and seemed awkward or forced at times. A Kristen Wiig type would’ve been much better.

The visit to the trailer in laws hit too close to home. My ex-wife's family would have called those scenes a documentary. Love that movie!
