Favorite Whose Line Is It Anyway? Skits
Posted by GeauxAggie972 on 8/26/20 at 2:12 pm10
Since I finally got HBO Max, I've turned to this as the background noise during work since it was a favorite of mine when it was airing. Haven't watched any of the episodes since Aisha Taylor took over as host yet so don't know if they added new ones.
What are your favorite skits from the show? I think Weird Newscasters, Party Quirks and Scenes From A Hat are my top three

Scenes from a Hat.
And to be more specific...
The episode with Richard Simmons.

the skit with Richard Simmons is one of the funniest things ever filmed on television.

I’ve always liked props.
And anytime they roast Drew is always great

The episode long gag where they keep referencing Hitler because a producer or some behind the camera guy told them not to.

Also, Sound Effects almost always delivered whether it was Colin and Ryan acting out what effects audience members were making or whether it was Colin just responding to Ryan's sound effects.

IMO, it took a hit when she took over, then it started getting over the top politically once Trump became President. Still had it's moments, but the constant same jokes made it begin to lose it's luster, IMO.
Scenes from a Hat & Props always has the potential to be great. Always get a good laugh from sit/stand/lay & on the scene reporter.

Is the entire run available on HBO Max? I might have to use that as my background show. I used to watch it almost every weeknight 15 years ago.

Yeah, the whole series is on HBO Max outside of the Aisha Taylor seasons (since those are on CW). For those that don't have HBO Max, it's on the CW Seed app (although there are short commercial breaks)

Also. The green screen with Colin. Any of those bits are never not funny.

The one where Colin played a pregnant woman is iconic (specifically at 3:00)

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I watched a couple last night. I was looking for a new time killer show, and Whose Line is perfect.

The Greatest Hits Tapioca skit. I don't think I've ever laughed as hard in my life
That reminded me of the Greatest Hits for the Bus Driver. Wayne absolutely nailed all 3 hits.

This one makes me die laughing. When Ryan breaks, it's the best.
