I have an affinity for Dr. No since it started it all.
From Russia with Love and Goldfinger are better movies.
Maybe not the most popular choice, because of George Lazenby, but On Her Majesty's Secret Service may be the best all around Bond movie.
Although I like Roger Moore, especially as The Saint, the writing and 70s kitsch of those Bond films take them out of the running for me.
Honorable mention to both Casino Royals. Obviously for different reasons.

Sorry, and I say this as a 70s/80s kid, but Roger Moore was not a good Bond...arguably the worst and definitely the LEAST like Ian Fleming's book Bond.
