My favorite from AD was Gene Parmesan.
My favorite bit characters out of any shows are Gene Parmesan from Arrested Development and Perd Hapley of Parks and Rec. Star Burns and Leonard from Community are up there as well.

Franklin is the correct answer to this.
That being said, Uncle Jack was great. And lest we forget, Rita was absolutely
Realistically, I feel dirty now and if someone wants to post Chris Hansen or pedobear in response to me it's perfectly warranted

It wasn't. I swear to god I was actually watching AD at the time and I just glanced at the title...it's usually done once every few months, so I just assumed.

I don't know, but I feel like her mind was more that of a 6 year old. I couldn't do it.

Little bit more than a bit, but Judy Greer. She also did an Always Sunny, and currently won't lift my restraining order.

How come no one has mentioned this man?
(Carl Weathers and Bob Loblaw are better IMO, just wanted to get Wayne Jarvis some spotlight.)

Can we get a ruling on whether mrs. Featherbottom counts in this?
Posted on 5/21/13 at 2:43 am to Tiger1242
I'm gonna say no as it's an aspect of Tobias' character. But that's really just an arbitrary ruling and I'm not the OP.
