Euphoria Worth a Try?

Just finished Big Little Lies and looking for a new series to start. Is Euphoria any good? And before certain contingents of the board chime in, I couldn’t care less that sexuality is featured, so no need to hear from those who thought Season 3 of Stranger Things was political commentary. I just want to know whether the show is entertaining.

I think it's quality, but it is very self indulgent with the sex and drugs and sexuality. I haven't been keeping completely up with it, so I guess that says something as far as it not completely grabbing my attention. It makes me roll my eyes a little with how hard it tries. Still, I wouldn't say it's bad. It's good quality with its production value and writing and such. I'm just not sure it's super compelling, at least for me.

Not making it about sexuality. It’s just got penises.
It’s like if somebody said “man, I feel like the John Wick series really nailed the action movie. I want to nail the penis series like they nailed the action series,” and then went and did it.

It’s not great, but still worth checking out. As you would expect, it over-sensationalizes HS years, but at least keeps it interesting. If you get queasy at the sight of a dick or tranny sex, you should probably skip it.
