Looks interesting except for the actor they picked for Elvis. Looks nothing like him besides the fake hair.

I’ll watch it. The trailers definitely have me interested. They haven’t given too much away, but they make me want to watch the movie.

Looks good, but I can see it being either a smash hit or a huge flop. Curious to see how audiences react to it.

Id watch it in the theaters. My girlfriend won't want to go though, but I like Elvis and Jerry Lee.

Believe it or not I feel like I have a lot in common with elvis, especially in early life. Not so much the same with success lol.. So this depiction of his story interests me.

I'm just not sure we needed it.

I was raised by a huge Elvis fan, so, enjoy it if you can.

Yes, but do we forget about Val Kilmer's Elvis?

kurt russell
underrated greatness of an actor.

Versatility is unmatched. Can do Action, Comedy, Western, Horror, Sci Fi, Drama, War, Sports etc. Convincingly..

If any actor should have been Nominated for an academy award for a badass career it should be Kurt.

Myself and the wife will be going to see it. Both of our moms loved Elvis and we both listened to him growing up. Hell I still remember the day Elvis died and I was 4 years old. My mom was ballin crying all day when they announced he died in 1977.

I will always remember the date (8/16/77) because it was two days before my parents married. They talked about postponing the wedding (but ultimately didn’t) because everyone was so distraught.

On another movie related note, 1977 was also the year Smokey and the Bandit (my dad’s favorite movie) was released. He dragged my mom to see it in the theater eleven times.

The best Elvis to date has been Michael St. Gerard in the attempt at a TV series.

He captured the young Elvis about as well as you could.

Elvis has blonde hair. I read that he dyed his hair black to look like Dean Martin.
