Her ratings were down nearly 50%, but from what my buddy told me who works on the same lot, the studio was still pretty much committed to her and was going to let her run that show for however long she wanted to.

I guess I'm one of the only ones who kinda likes Ellen? I don't watch her show really, although I've seen clips here or there when they interest me, but any time I have seen it she seems like she's fun and having a good time. And at least in public/on the show she seems to be a pretty giving person.
I don't know the details of her allegations, but if it's mostly people upset with her for being mean to her staff (
) sometimes then I don't really see a huge problem with that. Bosses are dicks sometimes. So fricking what?

She was the only media outlet to interview that Hotel security guard or whatever from tbe Vegas shooting - everyone remember that?
Maybe the CIA has use for her elsewhere.

Easily the most strange part of that incident. Ellen? Really? Why?
Also, regardless of how 'mean' she was to her staff, the type of people who were working for her are the kind of people who would get their feelings hurt by a boss yelling at them. Im not surprised they 'outed her' for it..

Good for her. Rich enough to retire anyway.
Her show did a lot of good in the world from donations and helping people out (giving people with talent or kids a platform), and from what I’ve seen it wasn’t overly political which was nice breath of fresh air
Everything about her came out years later coincidentally right after she defender herself for being seen with George Bush. The media wanted her ended and they found an avenue

Ellen has always been a bitch though. It’s well known she’s one of the worst in Hollywood who hasn’t committed a crime. Goes well out of her way to ruin people’s careers who even slightly annoyed her, including stooping as low as PAs. Howard having her on his talk show was the official death date of the show in my mind. For those of you not familiar with their past relationship, it would be as if Rogan had Carlos Mencia on his podcast.
