There’s a video out there of Sean Kanan, aka mike Barnes from KK3 saying he’ll be in season 2.
Found it. He says something like I’m in I’m doing season two.
Feels like he knows he’s gonna be in it.

If true, then Silver has to be in it. So I'm guessing they all go after Daniel then Johnny will partner with Daniel in the end.

I’m hoping that’s not the case. They haven’t set that shite aside in 30 years then they never should. I’m hoping Johnny goes out on his own to find his own Dojo rather than copy Cobra Kai.
I also think both Robby and Sam learning under Daniel is too easy, no conflict there. Hopefully Sam gets frustrated with her Dad and strikes out on her own to learn under Johnny. That would give us three good storylines: Robby under Daniel, Sam under Johnny and Miguel (and his further descent) under Kreese.
