I was glad that Aisha came back, even if it was brief. That actress has had some problems lately.

While Miguel's point about Johnny's and Daniel's pissing contest is absolutely true, I'm willing to bet when he went down with that back injury during the semifinal round, he probably didn't want to deal with that whole paralysis thing again.

I figured, but I still felt a bit like a creep watching her in the prom scenes.

Aren't these 2 things kind of tied together?
Of course. But there are other ways they could have done what they did without the Stingray plot. But you know that.

I think fits perfectly for both characters plus Paul Hauser is talented and provides some very good comic relief.

She's a good-looking young woman. Obviously they've aged her down 6 years from her real age, but did they have to send her to prom looking like a divorcee hooker?

I was really hoping for some Mike Barnes this season, but they have it set up perfectly for him to return next season.
Isn’t S5 supposed to be the final season?

Not according to this: LINK

In an interview with ScreenRant, co-creator Josh Heald confirmed that Season 5 would be just another chapter in the Cobra Kai story, but not the end. "We have more beyond season 5," he said. "We are not writing to the end of the series in season 5 right now."

Ummm, that's the norm at many proms IRL (at least in EBR). Sheesh...it's bad!

If I remember KK3 correctly, Silver hired Barnes to torture Daniel. I wasn’t in the mindset that Silver and Barnes were close or would keep in touch. But I do realize that the natural progression of the series will bring Barnes into it though.

Silver has to have some other evidence lined up to help frame Kreese because I don't think just Stingray word will hold up in court lol. And it's safe to say Silver found a new Coke provider.

Hired him to embarrass him in the tournament. The taunting stuff was to get Daniel to sign up to fight and warn him of what would happen if he no showed.

Was anyone else worried they were going to arrest Silver at the tournament when he was giving his speech? I was going to be really pissed if he had only been in one season. Nice head fake there, they got me. And yeah, Sam is miserable. I’m glad she lost. She needs some humble pie rolling around in that Mercedes.

This season was definitely the funniest thus far.
"Peter Cetera is just about the opposite of badass"
And the coors banquet bottle in the collection of his dad's stuff that little Johnny kept. Comedic gold.

While reserving my right to amend this list based on a rewatch, I'm gonna rank the seasons thus far as follows:
1 > 4 > 3 > 2
SPOILERS
Is anybody worried that they were setting up Miguel to be written out of the show? He can't fight in another all-valley, so what more can they really do with him? I actually didn't like the storyline of Miguel becoming jaded at the end. Felt a bit forced.
Tanner Buchannan is still a pretty bad actor, but he improved a little from last season, and I like what they did with his character.
At some point Johnny and Robby have to team up.
Of the OG kids, are any of them going to be under 18 in a year?
The Stingray plotline wasn't as compelling as the one from S2, but I just love me some Stingray, so I'll take it.
I wonder why Sid wasn't in this one?
I agree that the Daniel/Johnny back and forth is getting a little bit tired. I think they need to team up, or just stay rivals.
I loved how Sam preferred Johnny as a Sensei to her Dad.
Definitely a redemption story for Tory in S5.
I, too, was under the belief that S5 would be the last, but it appears I stand corrected. I just don't know how much longer they can go with it.
