The old 90's tv show is still just as good as i remembered it as a kid. Minnesota State screaming eagles. I always thought his daughter was so hot back in the day.

Once I had to go to driving school for a speeding ticket, and we had to watch a 2 hour video on defensive driving. The video was hosted by Craig T Nelson, and when he came on screen the whole room kind of chuckled. Really lightened the mood.

Who would have guessed that Dauber would father a future New York judge?

100% support this post. Outside of the Orlando episodes it still holds up despite the laugh track. Luther and Dauber are perfect sidekicks.

She was already a teenager when she was on the Donna Reed show. She's old.

I did a rewatch on Kodi a while back and it holds up good. There were talks of bringing it back with Hayden's son as a coach but I guess it got axed. Is it available anywhere?

Craig T. Nelson was/is a fantastic actor. One of those "Hanks" actors that could pull off drama and comedy both really well. He could also be intimidating so the authority figure roles worked really well too. A little trivia, Jerry Van Dyke almost took over for Don Knotts on The Andy Griffith Show. He was on one episode as "the banjo playing deputy" but ended up taking another gig. I thought he was fantastic and that show could have stayed good for a while if Van Dyke took over as Andy's deputy.

ETA the episode when Dauber loses his playbook was fantastic

Love this show.
So many great Luther moments.

One of my favorites is an episode where he’s ranting about an all you can eat pancake house making him leave and each time Hayden walks into a room Luther is in there telling someone else about it.

“Look all I’m saying is that if the sign says ‘all you can eat’ then I should be able to go in there and eat till I die!”
