My couple of underrated favorites were Playa Hataz ball, and the World series of Dice

Even random skits like Tyrone Biggums fear factor and Make A Wish were brilliant and remain super quoteable. "NURSE SHOULDVE LEFT YOU DEAD BILLY!"

I still can't believe that Chappelle walked away when he was set to make a crap ton of money after CC agreed to his new contract.

I thought they fired him because of the racial pixies skits.

I love the interview in the reparations skit with Tron after he became the richest man in the world.

Reporter- "How did you become the richest man in the world?"
Tron - "Hot hand in a dice game, baby girl. I'm talkin' six hours of clickety clackety clack!"

Reporter - "Is this your son?"
Tron - "Nah I just bought this baby straight cash!"

No, CC offered him something like $50 mil which he agreed to, but then he all of a sudden just walked away from it without explanation. I'm not sure if he even told CC why he walked away at the time.

That is absolutely hilarious. It makes me wonder how much of it is true. Seems like if they were setting fruity picks like he described then I fight would have broke out. I know that I would have punched someone if they set a fruity pick like that on me.

According to Prince himself, all of it was true. Just the fact that Prince would come out and kick their arse in basketball wearing that, and then fix them pancakes!

I don't know if anybody under 24 or so can appreciate just how huge Chappelle's Show was circa 2004'-05'. You could go anywhere and here people yelling Chappelle's Show lines

Sad part is this is part of what drove Chappelle away. He's said he prefers to be a stand-up first over doing the sketch show and it got a point where he couldn't do his stand up anymore because people wouldn't stop yelling lines at him.

You're right though. Crazy what kind of impact it had for a show that only had like 3 seasons.

(Then again, the original Star Trek didn't have many either and we saw how that shite took off )

The black white supremacist and the N-word family and all those type of skits would NEVER make it on air in this day and age.

Apparently the Rick James skits were also based on true events.

Ole Charlie Murphy lived on hell of a life, considering he did it based solely off his brother's fame.

He had a mental break, but he also told others he felt the show was too much. Then he told others that the show was getting to be offensive to black people. So it depends on who you ask or what interview you read.

I buy the mental break, who walks away from that amount and just disappears for two years? The constant "I'm Rick James bitch" drove him.

Rick james brings up that story In the full rick james interview that posted last page. He does it as a way to talk shite about charlie murphy.

it is about 3/4 the way thru it. "that 4'9 little bitch probably dunked on charlie"
