I have my usual go to but looking for more true crime types I can burn through while waiting on the normal schedule of things to come out. I’ve listened to Serial, S-Town, Culpable, Over my dead body, Bad Batch, Epstein, In the Dark, etc.

This was a really good one, and there was an ad for another podcast called Insomniac. I think he only did one season, but the people and crimes he focused on were out crazy. I don't think most of them were in the main stream.

I just started Disgracedland a few weeks ago. These deal mainly with different musicians/bands. They are usually short one episodes shows. He does have a two episode show on the Beach Boys and Charles Manson that was pretty interesting.

Last Podcast on the Left is my fave for true crime, occult, aliens, cryptids, and offbeat shite. Murder Squad is a more serious true crime podcast done by a former cold case investigator and an investigative journalist that I like and have gotten into lately. Crime Junkie I also like.

GM Shuffle and The Ringer NFL for all my pro football needs.

Just started Swindled which deals with con men and corruption on the recommendation from a coworker. Like that one so far, and just started Daves of Thunder on the recommendation of another coworker. I need a comedy podcast after all the other dark, serious shite that apparently I enjoy listening to.

Hardcore History is great with very long, deep dive episodes into mostly military history from the ancient days through the 20th Century.

Definitely how I felt at first. I was thinking "why can't y'all stop bullshitting and get to the story." After a few episodes I grew to enjoy their banter.

So are you asking for suggestions? Or just telling all of us what podcasts you listen too?

Based on those recommendations, which is the same kind of taste my wife and I have, check out “To live and die in L.A”

Was looking for more in the same type as those I listed. Just figured I would get that out of the way so there weren’t a bunch of responses suggesting those. And this board seemed like the best spot to talk about podcasts.

Atlanta Monster I preferred over Zodiac Monster. Gladiator, about Aaron Hernandez is pretty good. Dr Death, about a horrible neurosurgeon in Dallas is enjoyable. Sword and Scale is another good true crime show.

For more lighthearted stuff I dig Art of Charm and the Jocko podcast.

Dr. Death is probably the best podcast i've ever listened to, and I listen to them almost daily.

Also, Dateline has been added for not too ling now. I think they have every episode from season 1 on. I think. Love me some Dateline lol.

For a light hearted crime show, Criminal is awesome. Its a different story each time and it talks about just completely random crimes. Start from the beginning.

I really enjoyed Last Seen about the Isabella Stewart Gardner art heist. I listened to most of the ones suggested here but always suggest this when people ask. I ended up reading the one of the agents books because of this podcast and that was likely the first since hatchet.

I also like The Thing About Pam and Detective Trapp though neither were great.
