I just finished and other than the main guy apparently having the power to control normal titans now, I am seriously lost with what is going on.

Do those priests control the titans?

Where are the humans who can become titans coming from?

Is there a kingdom outside the walls?

Where was that girl when she was stabbed and thrown off a wall?

Was she buried in titan form or something for thousands of years to get covered in dirt?

The manga is up through chapter 96 while the show is in the low 50s. I can't answer some of your questions without spoiling.

I found out a lot of information on YouTube. Just go there and type in your questions. There is a lot of background history that the series doesn't go into. There is even a video which discusses the different types of titans.

You can also read the timeline. Prepare for spoilers though and ignore the stuff that's not canon.
